Adult women undergoing Modified Radical Mastectomy for operable Ca Breast.

Exclusion Criteria

Previous irradiation to chest.

Previous breast and axillary surgeries

Patients on anticoagulation therapy.

Primary Outcome Measures

Drain volume until drain removal. <br/ ><br>2. Incidence of seroma requiring aspiration and their volume. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: on 5th day post op , 1 week after discharge and 3 weeks after discharge
Secondary Outcome Measures

Surgical site infection. <br/ ><br>Duration of Hospital stay. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: will be evaluated for seroma on 5th day post op , 1 week after discharge and 3 weeks after discharge
