Adult women undergoing Modified Radical Mastectomy for operable Ca Breast.
Exclusion Criteria
Previous irradiation to chest.
Previous breast and axillary surgeries
Patients on anticoagulation therapy.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Drain volume until drain removal. <br/ ><br>2. Incidence of seroma requiring aspiration and their volume. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: on 5th day post op , 1 week after discharge and 3 weeks after discharge
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Surgical site infection. <br/ ><br>Duration of Hospital stay. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: will be evaluated for seroma on 5th day post op , 1 week after discharge and 3 weeks after discharge
