Age > or = 18 years; chronic tonsillitis with at least 3 reported acute episodes of tonsillitis treated with antibiotics during one year; foetor ex ore; peritonsillar abscess in history
age < 18 years; no history of chronic Tonsillitis with at least 3 episodes of acute Tonsillitis treated with antibiotics in one year; no foetor ex ore; no peritonsillar bascess in history; chronic Treatment with anticoagulatory drugs or inhibitors of thrombocyte fundtion; allergic reaction against one of the Standard pain medication used in this study (Celecoxib + Tapentadol); necessary Change of postoperative pain medication due to adverse effects of the standard medication; hereditary coagulation disorders; chronic pain syndrome with permanent pain medication; additional surgical procedures beneath tonsillectomy during the same Operation, e.g. adenotomy or panendoscopy
