Participants must be at least 18 years old
- Participants must have internet access with their own smartphone
- Participants must be able to speak German
- Participants must have an ongoing rehab stay of at least 7 days (length of interaction)

Name Time Method Assessment of the patients' perceived loneliness (De Jon Gierveld and van Tibur, 2006 Loneliness Short Inventory - 6 items and DJG Loneliness Inventory - 11 items in own modification to assess the daily experience of loneliness). <br>Recording of variables on the perception of the language assistant's behaviour, in particular measurement of perceived emotional closeness and social presence (scale for measuring emotional closeness & scale for measuring social presence).
