Inclusion Criteria

at least 4 years of professional singing experience
history of voice disorder during last month
diagnosed with primary muscle tension dysphonia (MTD)

Exclusion Criteria

history of allergy, laryngeal blunt trauma, head injury and phonosurgery
hearing impairment
being smoker
