Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)A nurse who is taking care of a critical care patient with one or more medical devices
- •2\)a nurse with a total of less than nine years of critical care experience
- •3\)Nurses who listened to the purpose and procedure of the study and voluntarily participated in the training program
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Nurses under 3 months who are not taking care of critically ill patients with medical devices
- •2\)an experienced nurse with a total intensive care unit experience of more than 10 years
