入选标准
- •Age > 18 years;
- •T1D of >1 year duration;
- •stable on Medtronic Minimed 780G system pump therapy for >3 months;
- •proficient in carbohydrate counting;
- •HbA1c <10.0%.
排除标准
- •Pregnancy or planned pregnancy;
- •a history of diabetic ketoacidosis in the last 3 months;
- •diabetic gastroparesis;
- •tape allergy
- •major medical or psychiatric illness.
