入选标准

  • 1. First diagnosis of right hemiparesis secondary to stroke with right-handedness
  • 2. Chronic stroke having an onset time longer than 6 months
  • 3. Able to walk independently with or without devices
  • 4. Montreal Cognitive Assessment score >10 (good to moderate cognitive impairment)
  • 5. Electroencephalogram is no evidence of epileptic discharge
  • 6. Participants should improve gait.
  • 7. Age more than 18 years old

排除标准

  • 1. Metal implants in the brain
  • 2. Unstable medical condition
  • 3. History of other disease known to interfere with study participation
  • 4. History of seizure
  • 5. No current use of antiepileptic medications for prevention of seizure
  • 6. Severe communication problem
