Inclusion Criteria

(1) Thai nationality
(2) age above 20, and not exceed 80
(3) Have been diagnosed with stroke within 3 months
(4) Can follow orders in 2 consecutive steps

Exclusion Criteria

(1) A recurrent stroke
(2) Other non-cerebrovascular disease; such as, brain tumors, brain injury
(3) Unstable medical conditions; such as, uncontrolled arrhythmia, acute coronary syndrome, congestive heart failure, end stage renal disease, pneumonia, urinary tract infection
(4) Use a Neurostimulator; such as, Vagal nerve stimulator, deep brain stimulator
(5) Use a pacemaker
(6) Metal inside the skull or in the ear
(7) History of epilepsy
(8) Have a seizure within 1 year
(9) History of substance abuse
(10) Pregnant
(11) Has been stimulated with rTMS or tDCS before.
