入排标准

入选标准

  • 1.Age- >= 18yrs
  • 2.Diagnosed OCD since at least one year â?? (confirmed with MINI)
  • 3.Partial (25-35% reduction in YBOCS score) or no response ( <25% reduction in YBOCS score) after adequate trial to one or more SSRI trial
  • 4.Has current residual symptoms (YBOCS â?? >=16 / CGI-I - >= 4)
  • 5.No medication/treatment change since 6 weeks

排除标准

  • 1.Contraindications for TMS
  • i)Metal implants
  • ii)Pacemaker
  • iii)Primary seizure disorder
  • 2.Comorbid psychotic, bipolar disorder
  • 3.Comorbid severe depression (HAM-D >= 28)
  • 4.Comorbid active substance use disorder (apart from nicotine use disorder)
  • 5.Medication change (for OCD) within past 6 weeks
  • 6.Undergoing concomitant behavioural therapy
  • 7.Unstable medical conditions, pregnancy, or breastfeeding
