入选标准
- •Inclusion criteria Group 1:
- •According to the guidelines of the DGN at least three of the four criteria listed below must be met:
- •- Clinical symptoms of multifocal or diffuse CNS disease with recurrent or progressive course.
- •- Cerebral angiography, cerebrospinal fluid and / or MRI diagnosis-that supports the diagnosis of vasculitis.
- •- Exclusion of an underlying systemic infection or inflammation.
- •- Histological evidence of parenchymal or leptomeningeal vasculitis and exclusion of infection, neoplasia or other primary vascular disease.
- •Inclusion criteria Group 2:
- •-PCNSV as a suspected disease was not confirmed by history and examination results
- •-Symptoms are explained by another diagnosis
排除标准
- •Exclusion criteria Group 1:
- •- Other, symptoms explanatory disease of the CNS
- •- Severe organic brain syndrome with lack of capacity to consent
