简要总结

Anterior pelvic tilt (APT) can cause low back pain, muscle imbalances, and reduced function. While traditional rehabilitation uses strengthening and stretching, it often lacks real-time feedback. Visual biofeedback training offers immediate cues to improve pelvic alignment, core endurance, and postural control. This study aims to evaluate whether adding visual biofeedback to core training provides better outcomes than conventional methods, potentially leading to more effective rehabilitation strategies for APT.

This study will evaluate the effects of visual biofeedback training on core endurance and pelvic inclination in young individuals with anterior pelvic tilt. Participants meeting inclusion criteria will be randomized into two groups: Group A (Mend balance board exercises with VR) and Group B (core strengthening exercises), performed three times a week for four weeks. Pre- and post-assessments will measure outcomes, with statistical analysis comparing within- and between-group changes. The study aims to determine if visual biofeedback provides superior rehabilitation outcomes over traditional core training.
