Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged over 13 years and with isolated blunt injury chest, managed conservatively.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Intubated or with mechanical ventilation.
2. Chronic systemic diseases: like heart failure, COPD.
3. Pregnancy.
4. Polytrauma- Head injury (GCS <14), pelvic injury, spinal injuries.
5. Pre-existing disability interfering with yoga therapy, eg. Bony deformity of the spine/ chest
