1)Students who meet the criteria for lower crossed syndrome indicating tight hip flexors and erector spinae together with weak glutei and abdominals.
a) Modified Thomas test positive for hip flexor tightness.
b) Sit and reach test for erector spinae tightness (Values poor to good).
c) Prone hip extension test for gluteus maximus (3/5 according to MRC grading).
d) Trunk flexion endurance test for abdominals (participant who canââ?¬•t hold the position for more than 30 seconds)
2)Students who are willing to participate
1)History of spinal trauma.
2)Recent fracture in the lower extremity.
3)History of abdominal, hip or lumbar surgeries in past 3 months.
4)Acute or chronic low back pain.
