Inclusion Criteria
Minimum cycle education
At least one year has passed since the beginning of their married life.
High perceived stress
Conscious consent to participate in research
Exclusion Criteria
Using drugs
Existence of psychotic and suicidal symptoms
Receiving other simultaneous psychotherapy
