Inclusion Criteria

(1) women in the age of 18-40 with fertility requirements;(2) menstruation occurs every 23-37 days, and mature follicles (18-25mm) can be discharged under b-ultrasound.(3) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

(1) serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, malignant tumor, hematopoietic system and mental diseases;
(2) abnormal liver and kidney function;
(3) have oral hormones or use contraceptives within three months;
(4) history of acupuncture adverse reactions (such as acupuncture) and acupuncture contraindications (such as acupuncture site trauma).
