·Adults between the ages of 18 and 60
·Persons diagnosed with schizophrenia spectrum disorder by a psychiatrist according to DSM-5, a classification system for diagnosing mental disorders (APA, 2013).
·Personal symptoms such as delusions and auditory hallucinations, as measured by positive and negative syndrome (PANSS), correspond to the following levels, referring to the previous study of Aghotor et al. (2010).
-Delusions and hallucinations score range: 2 points (slightest) or more to 5 points (severe) or less
·Those who have been taking medications prescribed by a psychiatrist for the past 3 months
·A person whose primary care physician has agreed to participate in training
·Those who do not plan to be discharged within one month
·Those who have voluntarily agreed in writing to participate in the research after hearing the explanation of this research
· Those who can participate in group training and have no communication problems
·A person who has obtained the consent of a legal person (guardian)
·Persons with other mental disorders and a history of substance or alcohol abuse
·Persons with organic brain disease
·Person with mental retardation
·Personal symptom of each item measured by positive and negative syndrome (PANSS) corresponds to the following level, referring to the previous study by Aghotor et al. (2010).
-Excessive score range: 5 points (altitude) or more
- Suspicion/damage score range: 5 points (altitude) or more
-Attention disorder score range: 5 points (altitude) or more
- Impulse control disorder score range: 4 points (moderate) or higher
