Students attending year 8 to 12 at regular schools in the Rhine-Neckar-Region; increased level of stress (rawscore of 8 or higher in the Perceived Stress Scale-4 (Cohen et al., 1983). Only for the analysis of hair cortisol: Hair length at least 3 cm.
Current severe psychological disorder (Schizophrenia, Severe Major Depression, Borderline-Personality-Disorder), current psychotherapeutical treatment. For the analyis of hair cortisol (no requirement for the participation in the study in general): ingestion of drugs containing glucocorticoid or psychiatric drugs, pregnancy, endocrinologic or neurologic deseases. For the examination of the heart rate variability: cardiac arrhythmia.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Perceived stress measured via Perceived Stress Scale 10 (Cohen, Kamarck, & Mermelstein, 1983) at t1 (Postline), which is collected within four weeks after the end of the training of the intervention-group. The control-group did not receive training yet at this time.
