Patient having sign and symptoms of Hypothyroidism
Diagnosed cases of Hypothyroidism on the basis of S TSH and Total S T4
Patients of either sex with age between 20 to 60 years
Patients Yogya for Pradhman Nasya Karma Paniyakshara and Virechana Karma
Patients with Ischemic Heart Diseases Uncontrolled Hypertension Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus Myocardial Infarction Cerebrovascular event Cardiac Arrhythmias Pregnancy Active Malignant Disease Graves disease Autoimmune thyroid Chronicity more than 10 years, any other systemic disorders Awara Satwa haemorrhagic disease vertigo fainting diminished vision
Patient of either sex age below 20 years and above 60 years
Patients Ayogya for Pradhman Nasya
Paniya kshara and Virechana Karma
If patient having developing severe symptoms due to withdrawal of thyroxin was to be withdrawn from the study
