First time stroke attack within one year of period of stroke
Ischemic and hemorrhagic both type of stroke patient who have aphasia will be included in the study
Conscious patient
Patients Yogya for Nasapana and Basti Karma
Marked mental impairment
Patients having bed sores
Age above 70 yrs and below 30 yrs
Lost bowel and bladder control
Comatose and unconscious patients
Uncontrolled DM Hypertension or any other systemic illness
Intracranial infections such as meningitis
Space occupying lesions of brain such as tumor
Post traumatic paralysis patients
Congenital defects-diffuse sclerosis cerebral agenesis etc and other major illness
Patients Ayogya for Nasapana and Basti Karma
