Inclusion Criteria
age between 18-70 years, chronic pain from any causes for more than three months, clearly understanding in Thai language both reading and speaking
Exclusion Criteria
patients with impaired cognitive function e.g. dementia, psychiatric disease e.g. psychosis, schizoprenia, and refusal to participate in this study
