Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Emergency department healthcare professionals working under the Ministry of Health that include nurses, emergency physicians, medical officers, house officers, and medical assistants.
- •2\. Having working experience of at least six months
- •3\. Aged between 18 and 60 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Have attended any educational program on elder abuse and neglect in the past 12 months.
- •2\. Attachment healthcare professionals (post basic nurses, healthcare professionals in post graduate training) with a duration of employment/attachment of less than 6 months in the respective hospital at the recruitment time.
