Switching from cigarette smoking to DT3.0a, THS, and mDT3.0a showed significant exposure reductions in most of the selected HPHCs as compared to continuing smoking cigarettes, with reductions being similar in magnitude to reductions observed with smoking cessation.

- •- Subjects who have used tobacco products other than commercial cigarettes (i.e. heated tobacco products, hand-rolled cigarettes, cigarillos, cigars, pipes, snuff tobacco, chewing tobacco, etc.) within one week before screening - Pregnant or lactating women or women who may be pregnant - Subjects who have positive test result of SARS-CoV-2 test by the time of admission on Day-2 - Employed by the tobacco industries, CRO or clinical facility etc.
