- •No padecer esofagitis.

- •Displasia de alto grado en las biopsias de esófago.
- •Cirugía gástrica o esofágica previa.
- •Pacientes en tratamiento con antiinflamatorios no esteroideos.
- •Embarazo o lactancia.
- •Enfermedades malignas dentro de los últimos 5 años.
- •Hipertensión no controlada.
- •Cardiopatía congestiva moderada o severa.
- •Presencia de enfermedad hepática moderada o severa.
