- •Patients above 18 years to 70years of age will be included
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients with polytrauma
- •patients with hemodynamic instability
- •patients with associated GCS \<15
- •patients not willing/not able to give consent
- •patients with a known allergic reactions to local anesthetics
