•1) They are over 18 years old and have no gender limit;
•2) Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was less than 50% (echo);
•3) Patients with chronic heart failure and NYHA class II or above have symptoms of chest tightness / shortness of breath / fatigue / hyperhidrosis;
•4) Definite diagnosis of coronary heart disease (including history, clinical symptoms, signs, imaging examination);
•5) Understand and sign the informed consent form.

•1) NYHA class I patients had no clinical symptoms;
•2) Patients who planned to undergo revascularization in recent 2 months;
•3) Patients preparing for heart transplantation or CRT;
•4) Patients with acute pulmonary edema or acute hemodynamic disorder;
•5) Patients with strict liquid intake limit not exceeding 500ml / day;
•6) Women who have or plan to become pregnant;
•7) Those who have participated in any drug clinical trials within the first 3 months;
•8) The survival time was less than 2 months;
•9) According to the investigator's judgment, the patient could not complete the study or could not comply with the requirements of this study.
