Primary Outcome Measures

Attitude and behavior change (eating behavior). Event-based assessment (meals and snacks) via smartphones during the study. In addition, habitual eating behavior (FFQ) and satisfaction with eating will be assessed via questionnaires at baseline and both follow-ups.
