Inclusion Criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis;
2. Aged between 20 and 50 years, and the gender is not limited;
3. Neck and shoulder pain occurred for more than 30 days in the past year, and neck and shoulder pain occurred in the past 7 days;
4. Those who have clear consciousness, can correctly understand and cooperate, and can express clearly;
5. The subjects voluntarily participated in this experimental study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant patients, lactating patients;
2. Those with allergic constitution, sensitive skin or weak body;
3. Combined with serious liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system diseases, osteoporosis, malignant tumor, serious trauma, myocardial infarction, sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage and other serious primary diseases, mental patients, and severe infections;
4. Participate in other clinical trials.
