1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM - V for depressive episode;
2. Hamilton Rating Scale for depression (HAMD) score of 24 items = 21;
3. Patients aged 18-65 years, regardless of gender, educational level, occupation, economic status, etc;
4. The patient was unconscious and could understand the content of the scale and cooperate with the treatment.
1. Patients with serious suicidal tendency;
2. Patients with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and other mental diseases, or depression secondary to other mental diseases or physical diseases;
3. The patients with serious heart, liver, kidney, blood, rheumatism, tumor, malnutrition and nervous system degeneration have brain organic diseases, and have a history of abuse of alcohol, tobacco and other psychoactive substances;
4. Patients who use any other antipsychotics, other antidepressants, mood stabilizers, anti anxiety drugs, central stimulants, immunomodulators, immunosuppressants and hormones during the study period; use systemic psychotherapy; use physical therapy such as MECT; and;
5. Patients with drug allergy or contraindications or previous ineffective use of such drugs;
6. Pregnant women;
7. Patients without informed consent.
