1. The subject or his/her agent voluntary signing of informed consent;
2. Aged range on 18-65 years;
3. Urine culture for patients if the operation is confirm performed,
and the urine culture is negative within one week before the operation;
4. No fever and other symptoms of systemic infection within two weeks before the surgery;
5. Non-complex stone patients with stone diameter <= 2cm ; operation time <= 1 hour; unilateral surgical catheter;
6. Patients with primary catheterization undergo surgery in the second phase;
7. No urinary tract obstruction after surgery;
8. The position of the ureteral stent tube using KUB on the second day after surgery was judged to be generally normal by the researcher.
1. The patients who need antibiotics during the postoperative period (excluding routine preventive antibiotics during perioperative period);
2. Patients with diseases affecting their immunity or systemic status, such as hypoproteinemia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney or hematopoietic diseases, uncontrolled malignant tumor patients and mental patients (Patients with a laboratory index exceeding 1.5 times than the normal value are considered abnormal and clinically significant, according to the actual situation of each subject, the researcher decides whether to join the group);
3. Women who have been pregnant or breast-feeding, or women who plan to have a pregnancy within three months after extubation;
4. Those who cannot comply with the test plan.
