Inclusion Criteria

1. The first stroke, which meets the diagnostic criteria, is stable after medical treatment;
2. aged from 40 to 80 years;
3. The onset time is 2 weeks-6 months;
4. The Edinburgh Handedness Inventory test is right-handed;
5. Upper limbs and hands with hemiplegia, Brunnstrom's hemiplegia function rating is II-VI;
6. Kinesthetic and visual imagery questionnaire assessment, with a score of >=25 points, and a motor imagination ability;
7. Able to cooperate with sports imagination training;
8. Subjects or their legal guardians (if necessary) understand and voluntarily join this research trial, and sign the Informed Consent.

Exclusion Criteria

(1) Severe speech, attention, hearing, vision, intelligence, mental or cognitive impairment (Simplified Cognitive State Checklist <27 points);
(2) Combined with serious primary or secondary diseases, such as severe liver and kidney hematopoietic system diseases, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, arrhythmia, etc;
(3) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials and research.
