Inclusion Criteria

(1) Functional constipation in accordance with Rome ? -Functional GI Disorders: Disorders of Gut-Brain Interaction;
(2) Colonoscopy confirmed the diagnosis of melanosis coli;
(3) 18-75 years old, male or female;
(4) Meet the criteria of TCM syndrome waiting diagnosis of qi and Yin deficiency;
(5) Patients are aware of this study and voluntarily agree to participate.

Exclusion Criteria

(1) complicated with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic and other serious diseases;
(2) pregnant women, pregnant women and lactation patients;
(3) Those who cannot express their chief complaints correctly, such as mental illness, neurosis or inability to cooperate;
(4) Participated in other drug studies within 3 months before treatment.
