- •undergoing elective supra\-tentorial craniotomy for brain tumors
Exclusion Criteria
- •diabetes mellitus, systemic hypertension, significant arrhythmias, chronic pain, cerebro\-vascular disease, allergy to local anesthetic drugs, coagulopathy, scalp infection, prior craniotomy, pacemaker in\-situ, or pregnancy
