Inclusion Criteria

•Acute pancreatitis with symptomatic WON.

•Collection amenable to EUS guided and percutaneous drainage

Exclusion Criteria

•Previous surgical, endoscopic or percutaneous intervention for infected necrosis

•Underlying chronic pancreatitis

•Concomitant indication for surgery due to bleeding or perforation of a visceral organ.

•Hemodynamically unstable patients
