- •All patients with clinically diagnosed acute pancreatitis
- •Age 18- 90 years
- •Both genders
- •Ready to give written informed consent
排除标准
- •previous pancreatic surgery( self reported)
- •pancreatitis due to endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) or trauma
- •pancreatic cancer ( self reported)
- •use of hypolipidemic drugs
- •hepatitis ( clinically visible jaundice)
- •liver cirrhosis (based on USG)
