- •pateients who were freshly diagnosed as hypothyroid with serum levels of TSH >4.98m IU/L; FT3 < 4.67P mol/L;FT4 <9.68Pmol/L and patients with probing pocket depth of >5mm and clinical attachment loss of >3 mm with more than 20 teeth present are included in the study.
排除标准
- •male patients,patients who are under thyroxine replacement therapy,primary hypothyroid patients,smokers, pregnant females and antibiotic therapy 1 month before or periodontal therapy 6 months before the study.
