- •dry ear drum perforation; perforation size smaller or equal to 50% percent of the drum surface
Exclusion Criteria
- •active middle ear infection
- •ear discharge in the last 3 months
- •allergy to bFGF or scaffold
- •associated ossicular chain pathology
