- •Patients with middle ear cholesteatoma or adhesive otitis media requiring tympanoplasty.
排除标准
- •-Patients with critical illness as immunity deficiency, heart disease, renal disease, lever disease, diabetes mellitus, asthma, malignant tumor, etc.
- •-Patients with infectious disease as HBV, HCV, HIV, HTLV, FTA-ABS.
- •-pregnant women, women suspected of being pregnant, and nursing women.
- •-Patient with some complications (Doctor's judgment).
