Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with middle ear cholesteatoma or adhesive otitis media requiring tympanoplasty.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Patients with critical illness as immunity deficiency, heart disease, renal disease, lever disease, diabetes mellitus, asthma, malignant tumor, etc.
- •\-Patients with infectious disease as HBV, HCV, HIV, HTLV, FTA\-ABS.
- •\-pregnant women, women suspected of being pregnant, and nursing women.
- •\-Patient with some complications (Doctor's judgment).
