all patients who will be treated with an allogeneic stem cell transplantation after conventional or reduced intensity conditioning
-age = 18 years
-able to understand the intention of the study aims and to give informed consent
-able to understand and to complete the questionnaires
-patients younger than 18 years
-lack of informed consent
-patients who do not continue to the transplant
-no MED A data submitted to the EBMT
-patients transplanted for solid tumors
-patients participating in another quality of life study during the same period of time
