- •1)patients with primary aldosteronism who are not candidtes for surgery 2)patients under dialysis or with serum creatinine >2.5 mg/dl in men or >2.0 mg/dl in women 3)pregnancy or breast feeding 4)with malignancy 5)with severe hypersensitivity or with corticoid therapy 6)inadequacy to participate in the study, as assessed by the investigators
