Inclusion Criteria

1) Patients between 20 and 70 years of age.

2) Patients complaining of radiating shooting pain from back to anterior thigh muscles, posterior thigh muscles, Buttock, calf muscle, posterolateral or anterolateral foot, ankle, Toe

3) Patients irrespective of gender

4) Difficulty in movement

5) Clinically diagnosed patients of Sciatica

6) Patients who have agreed to sign the informed consent form and follow up the protocol

Exclusion Criteria

1) Patients below 20 and above 70 years of age.

2) Traumatic, infective, neoplastic condition of spine

3) Radiologically evident cases of spinal injury / deformity / disease, etc

4) Patients with history of systemic illness, like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases like uncontrolled hypertension, impaired renal and hepatic functions (chronic liver disease, chronic kidney disease.

5) Patients who fail/refuse to give the written consent for the study.

6) Pregnancy and lactating women
