aged 18¿55 years,
- American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score I-II
- admitted to undergo elective lumbar discectomy or spinal fixation surgery under general anesthesia
- Patients on anti-hypertensive treatment, diuretics, corticosteroids, pregabalin, gabapentin, anticonvulsants, antipsychotics, alcohol addiction, drug abuse or any analgesics within 48 hours before surgery.
- patients with history of allergy to any drug used in the study.
- pregnant or nursing women.
- patients with peripheral neuropathy, endocrinal diseases, bleeding abnormality, cardiac, hepatic or renal impairment.

Name Time Method Intraoperative consumption of nitroglycerin to maintain the target MAP 55- 65 mmHg.
