Inclusion Criteria
Known cases of sickle cell disease more than 14 years of age
Newly detected cases of Sickle cell disease more than 14 years of age
Exclusion Criteria
Patients less than 14 years of age
Patients with other causes of Thrombocytopenia
Patients with Liver or renal disease
Patients with malignancy
Patients with hereditary disorders of large platelets
Patients on Anticoagulants
Patients on Antiplatelet agents
