Inclusion Criteria

ASA I patients

1) In the age group 18 to 40 and of either gender.

2) CLASS I,II AND POSITION A,B impacted 3rd molar (according to PELL and GREGORY classification ).

3)Patient who is willing to participate in study

Exclusion Criteria

ASA II,III,IV patient .

1) CLASS III AND POSITION C impacted 3rd molar (according to PELL and GREGORY classification )

2) Acute infection

3) Patient allergic to flupirtine maleate and Ibuprofen

4) Patient having gastric ulcer

5) Patient on analgesics for past 1 week .

6) Patient with systemic disease, pregnancy and lactating women or any other medical therapy that could interfere with healing process .

7) Immunocompromised patient

8) Mentally challenged patient.

9) Patient who is not willing to participate in study.
