Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA I patients
- •1\) In the age group 18 to 40 and of either gender.
- •2\) CLASS I,II AND POSITION A,B impacted 3rd molar (according to PELL and GREGORY classification ).
- •3\)Patient who is willing to participate in study
Exclusion Criteria
- •ASA II,III,IV patient .
- •1\) CLASS III AND POSITION C impacted 3rd molar (according to PELL and GREGORY classification )
- •2\) Acute infection
- •3\) Patient allergic to flupirtine maleate and Ibuprofen
- •4\) Patient having gastric ulcer
- •5\) Patient on analgesics for past 1 week .
- •6\) Patient with systemic disease, pregnancy and lactating women or any other medical therapy that could interfere with healing process .
- •7\) Immunocompromised patient
- •8\) Mentally challenged patient.
- •9\) Patient who is not willing to participate in study.
