Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •American society of Anaesthesiologists physical status 1,2 and 3 patients undergoing elective thoro\-lumbar procedure lasting for 3\-6 hours under general anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Refusal to consent for proposed study
  • •BMI more than 30 kg/m2
  • •Hypersensitivity to study drug
  • •Hepatobiliary disorders/Chronic alcoholism/Neuromuscular disorders
