- •The subject for study included young and adult patients of either sex with physical status ASA grade 1 & 2 ,aged 20 to 50 yrs planned for elective laparoscopic surgery under general anaesthesia requiring tracheal intubation

- •Patient refusal,difficult airway,allergy with medication,patient with renal and cardiovascular disorder,epilepsy,COPD
