Adults who complain repetitive vertigo and are diagnosed as recurrent vestibulopahty with VAS scrore between 4 and 8
- patients with diagnosis of central type vertigo confirmed by MRI
- patients who recently diagnosed for peripheral vestibular disorders such as benign paroxysmal vertigo, Meniere's disease, migraine induced vertigo
- patients with bilateral vestibular function loss
- patients with acute vestibular neuritis occured within last 6 months
- patients with chronic liver disease, anemia
- pregnant or breast-feeding females
- patients with medication such as phenobarbital, phenytoin, carbamazepin, or ripampicin
- patients with medication of cilostazol or Ginko biloba at present
