入选标准
- •1.Adults (Age 15 to 80 years old) with primary indirect inguinal hernia
- •2.Hernia sac extended to supra-scrotal to high scrotal levels (patients straining while standing)
- •3.ASA I, II, or stable III
排除标准
- •1.Contraindication for laparoscopic surgery; poor cardiopulmonary function or end-organ dysfunction, unstable ASA III or IV
- •2.History of abdominal surgery or laparoscopic surgery involves pelvic area.
- •3.Coagulopathy
- •4.Recurrent or bilateral hernia
