Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
a.Age >18 years
b.Gestational age >37 weeks with a singleton pregnancy
c.ASA grade 1 & 2
d.Patients scheduled for elective cesarean section
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion Criteria:
a. Morbid obesity (BMI >35/m2)
b. Clinical contraindication to spinal anesthesia
c. Allergy to medications which is included in the protocol
d. Drug addiction
e. Patient refusal

Name Time Method To compare the efficacy of quadratus lumborum block and intrathecal morphine. Efficacy will be based on pain score calculated for first 48 hours and morphine consumption over 48 hours .Timepoint: For 48 hours
