Inclusion Criteria
Children aged 0-3 years who underwent tracheal intubation under general anesthesia for elective surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1) 4 years old or older
2) Patients with a high likelihood of lung aspiration
3) URI symptom or URI diagnosis within 2 weeks
3) Unstable vital signs
4) Children with cervical disease
5) Children with head and neck anomalies
6) Emergency surgery
7) children with a percentage of glottic opening (POGO) score 100 points at the sniffing position
